You can delete your ValaVerra account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
1. Open the “My account” tab, in the app or on the website.
2. Tap “Delete my account”.
3. Confirm the deletion.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Send an email to valaverra@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We carry out the deletion within 30 days and confirm it to you by reply.
Your account and profile (email, name, username, phone, profile picture).
All of your listings and their photos.
All of your conversations and messages.
Your favourites and notifications.
Residual technical copies may remain in our backups for a maximum of 30 days before permanent erasure.
